• The Amazing Donohue offers a rare video tape of Scarne. Follow his link to Magic Products, then to Exciting Books, then to Scarne's Exposé of Sleight of Hand. He describes it as:

  This rare movie made in 16mm for Castle Home Movies in the late '40s is now available on video. John Scarne was one of the best sleight of hand and gambling experts ever. In this short subject movie, he shows how he bottom deals, the hole card switch (you won't believe it) and the cups and balls, just to mention a few things. If you have never seen John Scarne in action (who has?) you are really going to be impressed to see this true legend in action. During World War II, John Scarne went all over, showing service men how they could be cheated by card and dice men.

• Daytona Magic also carries a video which includes a clip of John Scarne. Actually, I'm not sure if it's a clip of Scarne performing, or of someone else doing one of Scarne's card tricks. Anyway, to find the page, find Daytona Magic's catalog page, then go to Videos, then choose E under Videos with descriptions, and choose EASY TO MASTER CARD MIRACLES by MICHAEL AMMAR. Video number 6 is the one you're looking for.
• If you're a Houdini fan, check out actor Patrick Culliton's Home Page. He's the guy with the $310,000 collection. While you're there, take a look at About Patrick Culliton. You'll see reminders of his days with Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Land of the Giants, Time Tunnel, Columbo, etc. And you'll see Tracey Williams, who played Kate to his Petruchio in Shakespeare and Cole Porter's Kiss Me Kate. Why Tracey Williams? Because he married her!
